Improved Communication for First Time Login
We want to ensure a seamless experience for our users. To provide clarity on the process of creating an active user account, here are the steps:
- Create an Account: Start by creating your account.
- Verify Your Email Address: After creating your account, you will receive a verification email. Please click on the provided link to verify your email address.
- Activation by Myndshft: Once we receive the verification notice, our team will activate your account and link it to your organization(s). You will receive a confirmation email letting you know you can now log in.
We understand that sometimes you may want to log in before the activation process is complete. In such cases, you'll receive a friendly message letting you know that your account is currently inactive. Don't worry! We'll notify you as soon as your status updates, ensuring you have access to all our services in no time.
Similarly, if a terminated user attempts login, the message will recommend contacting an account manager for more information.

Co-pay Values for All Requested Service Types
In the past, Myndview returned the co-pay for the primary service type code (STC). Now, you get a more comprehensive view of co-pay options.
In addition to the co-pay for the primary STC, you will see what the co-pay would have been for other STCs included on the request. The new section also features additional data, including network status, coverage level, and more for each co-pay value.
Limitations Details—Ask and You Shall Receive
If you use our medical Benefits Verification, you’ll be happy to see a new Limitation Details section, which offers a concise description of the latest limitations data when applicable.
The best part? It only displays if pertinent information is available, eliminating unnecessary clutter so you see what matters fast. Each limitation row features an expand/collapse button so you can expand for in-depth information.
Plus, we’re providing more clarity around benefit dates. When only a start date is available, Myndshft displays “From” with the date. Likewise, when only the end date is available, Myndshft displays “Until” with the date.
More accessible, consistent, and informative limitations data makes it easier for you to understand and apply limitations information to patient care decisions.
MegaMynd receives a power boost

Recently, we introduced you to our new chatbot in Myndview: MegaMynd. 👽
This month, MegaMynd gained the ability to walk you through the process of identifying a problem and submitting a service ticket through Zendesk to our support team—all without leaving Myndview!
That’s right, you can submit a ticket right away; no detour to Zendesk needed.
Zendesk is still an awesome (and growing) Knowledge Center for getting the most from your Myndshft subscription, but this new option lets you stay on task.
Why not save the trip to Zendesk for later when you have time to explore the tips and tricks featured there?
